Belgrade - Terazije Terrace – B2

Belgrade's 'B2' Residential and Business Complex Redefines Concept of Smart Building. B2 is a 24,728-square-meter complex that combines a shopping mall, offices, residential and business apartments, and four levels of underground parking. Opened in October 2008, the intelligent building known simply as B2 is aspiring to become both a unique real estate development and a Belgrade landmark.

A smart building concept realized with multi vendor equipment is connected by means of unique software solutions developed and integrated by companies Projektomontaza a.d. Belgrade and Sinkom Novi Sad.

The DomiOP eBIS134C Touch Panel enables full handling of all devices installed in a flat as well as feed-back on any given command, e.g. how many, if any, lights are on in a bedroom. The panel contains the ground-plan of the flat and it is sufficient to press on the desired room to switch to such room commands. In the event of alert, a sound alarm appears on the Touch Panel as well as the image with short instruction on how to switch the alarm off or leave the flat, if so necessary.
